Thank you for shopping with The Finishing Touch. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

In-Store Pickup Free in-store pickup is available at our Cork location: The Finishing Touch, Unit 1, Main Street, Carraignavar, Cork, T34 C468, Ireland

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification to collect. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We ship to all counties across Ireland.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We recommend checking your cart for the most accurate rate.

EU Shipping We ship to all EU member states. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. All EU orders are shipped duties-paid (DDP), so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at travyroche70@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
